In 2024, Sacon joined hands with authoritative units and institutions such as the China Academy of Building Research to carry out the "Research and Development of Efficient Centralized Smoke Exhaust Technology, Supporting Products and Applications for Residential Kitchens" project. The project has now been successfully completed and has been recognized by the Tianjin Science and Technology Evaluation Center as reaching the "international advanced level". Based on the results of this project, Sacon launched the Biying series of range hoods, equipped with the 0 smoke sense ZeroSense three-dimensional super-sensing smoke purification system, with a strong suction force of 32m³/min and an ultra-large wind pressure of 1700Pa, which can efficiently exhaust smoke and prevent the accumulation of oil smoke. Its smoke collection design optimizes the structure through cyclonic oil smoke separation technology, reduces wind resistance and achieves efficient grease separation; the intelligent wind pressure cruise system has a built-in high-precision dynamic smoke control radar, which can automatically adjust the wind pressure according to the flue pressure to avoid oil smoke backflow, and reduce the risk of oil smoke causing fire from the root. In addition, some brands have developed intelligent range hoods with fire warning functions, which monitor the internal temperature and smoke concentration of the range hood in real time through built-in sensors. Once abnormally high temperature or excessive smoke is detected, the system will immediately sound an alarm, automatically cut off the power supply, and activate the fire extinguishing device, adding multiple safeguards for kitchen safety. Some companies also use self-cleaning technology to allow the range hood to automatically clean the internal grease regularly, reducing manual maintenance costs while keeping the equipment clean and reducing fire hazards.

These technological innovations not only improve the exhaust performance of the range hood, but also integrate safety protection into product design to create a safer and healthier kitchen environment for consumers.
